Great little timeless book explaining about bad dreams. It explains in simple language why things in our awake state end up garbled in our sleep state giving us dreams that are sometimes scary. My grand twins love this book because it explains why we sometimes have bad dreams and we should not be afraid of them. Good to have this book in the home library when something like this comes up.
